As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will be primarily be responsible for looking after buyers, from conducting and managing viewings, through to managing property sales, negotiating offers, liaising with clients to ensure they find the right home for them! With over 40 years as the leading agent in the North West we have an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to start and build a career.


What does the role look like? 

  • Handling property viewings, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships
  • Negotiating offers and providing updates to clients and buyers
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services
  • Working collaboratively with the team to meet branch targets and KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times


Have you got: 

  • Proven sales experience?
  • An ability to work as a team to achieve set objectives in a target driven environment?
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face?
  • Confidence when negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales?
  • Experience conducting viewings? 
  • Proven experience pitching additional services such as financial services and solicitors? 
  • An ability to represent a company in a professional manner?


Skills Needed:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or sales is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • A full UK driving license is essential

We are looking for candidates based in the Stockport and Tameside area.


Hours of work are 09:00-17:30(Monday–Thursday), 09:00-17:00(Friday) and alternate Saturdays 09:00-13:00.
