Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about airline services, travel regulations, and airport facilities.
- Assist customers with baggage claims, travel complaints, and special requests.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending issues.
- Collaborate with airline and airport teams to resolve customer issues reliably.
- Stay knowledgeable about aviation industry trends and company offerings to provide optimal assistance.
Requirements - Fluency in Spanish (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel sector is preferred.
